The Freaks On Parade return as Rob Zombie and Alice Cooper team for a spectacular summer tour

Posted by Ramon Gonzales in News on January 30, 2023

The summer tour follows Zombie’s 2002 edition that saw the rock icon dominate along with the return of Mudvayne.

Arguably one of the most exciting live tours of 2022 was the launch of the Freaks On Parade jaunt that saw rock champion Rob Zombie join forces with a reunited Mudvayne. The tandem was so well-received that the run spanned tour legs across North America, in addition to the festival plays that scheduled along the way.

Given the success of the first year launch, Rob Zombie is back proudly carrying the Freaks On Parade banner into 2023 with the announcement of a second year of the tour. This time, Zombie has recruited another pioneer who helped define shock in rock and has continued to be a fixture of the culture for decades. Alice Cooper will parade among the freaks for the 2023 tour – a 19-date trek that will begin August 24th in Dallas, TX and wrap in Phoenix, AZ exactly one month later.

While last year’s run saw support from the likes of Static-X and Powerman 5000, the Parade has leveled up their supporting roster with the confirmation of two artists that have paved their own lane for decades. Joining the 2023 Freaks On Parade, hard rock veterans Filter will perform as well as pioneering industrial metal heroes, Ministry.
