Death metal veterans The Black Dahlia Murder dropped one of the very best records of 2020 in Verminous and had no ability to tour in support of it. For a band that swings a heavy sword live, being armed with such a powerful collection of songs and no chance at sharing them live was a tough reality to face.

Now however, there is light at the end of a very dark tunnel. The Black Dahlia Murder are finally hitting the road in support of their April 2020 critically-acclaimed full length and they are bringing a crew of killer bands out for support. After the Burial, Carnifex, Rivers of Nihil, and surging prospects Undeath will round out the 2021 ‘Up From The Sewer’ tour.

TBDM frontman Trevor Strnad says what everyone has been thinking regarding the tour announcement, “IS THIS REAL LIFE? Yes, thankfully! We are beyond excited (and a little emotional) to finally announce our ‘Verminous‘-themed ‘Up From The Sewer Tour 2021’!

It’s been a long, torturous year full of disappointments and cosmic cockblocks, and seeing this tour come into fruition is the light at the end of the tunnel we’ve been eager to share with you all. We are honored to have assembled our dudes in After The Burial, Carnifex, Rivers of Nihil and Undeath for an evening of guaranteed fun, friendship, and ferocious heavy metal music. Get tickets now! Everyone is eager to be back at concerts and the tickets WILL MOVE FAST. Don’t be left out in the cold!”

The 31-date run kicks of in Chicago, IL and rounds out at Irving Plaza in New York on October 10th.
