The 24-day trek throughout Europe will offer a diverse caravan of heaviness next winter.
Given how much everyone misses live music right now, the announcement of a big tour definitely deserves headlines. However, when it’s features one of metal music’s most exciting artists in Trivium at the helm, it’s especially big news.
With a convincing case for metal’s MVP in 2020, Trivium have managed to pivot with power in becoming one of the streaming world’s most recognized artists. The band’s A Light Or A Distant Mirror production set the bar for the arena-sized live stream and while the band could have cruised the rest of the year, they followed up the event with their free for fans Deepest Cuts series – giving fans an intimate look at their rehearsal space and a collection of rarely performed tracks from the archives of the Trivium catalog.
Looking ahead to 2021 and the hopeful return to the traditional live music stage, Trivium are filling their dance card with a slue of tour dates. The band will be in the US along with Megadeth, Lamb of God, and In Flames for the Metal Tour of the Year run, then have announced a 24-date European tour with Heaven Shall Burn, Tesseract, and Fit For An Autopsy.
The tour will begin in Germany in the middle of November 2021 and wrap a month later in the Czech Republic. Tickets for the tour are currently available on the Trivium website.
