Approaching nearly two decades as an End of Summer punctuation and a Labor Day weekend tradition, Pryor, Oklahoma hosted thousands of rock heavy revelers for a stacked installment of Rocklahoma.
Topped by the likes of noted veterans, Godsmack, Limp Bizkit, Pantera and Rob Zombie, the extended holiday weekend assembled a gargantuan line-up across three stages that covered the spectrum of hard rock. Bringing together respected OGs with exciting new blood, the generational gap was negated as bands like Code Orange, Jinjer and Mammoth WVH paired powerfully with enduring outfits like Ministry, GWAR and Filter.
Rocklahoma bolstered the celebration with the addition of headliners in their own right like accomplished frontman Corey Taylor, alt rock legends Bush and radio rock staples Chevelle as highlights of the extended weekend. A brilliant compilation of emerging artists were also featured as an integral part of the Rocklahoma experience, with ascending collectives like Dayseeker, Mothica and BRKN LOVE winning over the festival floor with memorable showings.
Capturing the sights and sounds of the Labor Day festivities, photographers Steve Thrasher and Jazmin Monet spent the holiday weekend among the fans to frame a first-hand account of the summer finale. Check the comprehensive gallery of images below.
