DJ Skarface again earned the approval of Run the Jewels’ El-P with the release of his Rage the Jewels mixtape. The 13-minute lab experiment fuses the timeless catalog of Rage Against the Machine with the powerful production at the foundation of Run The Jewels.
DJ Skarface has made the mixtape available via Bandcamp broken down in individual tracks. The name-your-price donation model will pool proceeds to make a donation to the National Lawyers Guild.
This is not the first time Skarface has worked his magic. He was responsible for melding Run the Jewels with DJ Shadow instrumentals.
