Ozzy Osbourne to perform halftime show for NFL season kick-off game between Los Angeles Rams and Buffalo Bills

In addition to the news of the historic halftime show, Ozzy has dropped a new single with Zakk Wylde in “Nothing Feels Right”

The promotional roll out for Ozzy Osbourne’s hotly-anticipated album release, Patient Number 9 has ramped up majorly in the last week.

To mark the release of the highly-anticipated follow up to the critically-acclaimed 2020 LP Ordinary Man, Ozzy Osbourne has announced that he will be signing copies of Patient Number 9 for a one-time only event set for September 10th, just one day after the release of the Andrew Watt-produced epic.

The in-store signing embraces a bit of old school promotional flair, taking over Fingerprints Record Store in Long Beach, CA in what will be the only album signing event for the cycle. Set for 2pm PT, fans will need to pre-order their copy of the album in order to secure their spot at the event. To ensure Ozzy gets to sign as many copies as possible, organizers are nixing any other items to be signed.

Tp ensure the health and safety of everyone in attendance, masks will be required for all attendees and so things speed along, no photos with Ozzy will be permitted. Fans can reserve their copy of Patient Number 9 – HERE 

In addition, Ozzy Osbourne has now confirmed that he will be performing a special halftime set for the kickoff game of the 2022 NFL season between the champion Los Angeles Rams and the Buffalo Bills. The event will tale place at the league’s newest arena in the SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, CA.

The game is set for September 8th, just one day prior to the arrival of Patient Number 9. The game will be broadcast nationally on NBC, Peacock and Universo at 5:20 PM PT/8:20 PM ET. Tickets are available for the game – HERE

The 13th studio effort from the Prince of Darkness ushers in a historic era for the icon. The album features the reunion of Ozzy with his Black Sabbath brethren in Tony Iommi on the single, “Degradation Rules“. In addition, the album includes an all-star ensemble of musicians with contributions from Jeff Beck, Eric Clapton, Mike McCready of Pearl Jam, all in addition to the longstanding tenure of Ozzy axeman, Zakk Wylde.

Additional appearances on the album include submissions from  Chad Smith of Red Hot Chili Peppers and recently departed drummer Taylor Hawkins of Foo Fighters also appears on three songs. Robert Trujillo of Metallica resumes his role as Ozzy’s bassist helming most of the low end on the album,bolstered by showings from Duff McKagan of Guns N’ Roses and Chris Chaney of Jane’s Addiction.
