With touring plans sidelined by the pandemic, the metal titans will finally haver the chance to play songs from their most recent album, ‘Quadra’
Early 2020, Sepultura dropped their 15th studio album with the critically-praised ‘Quadra’. Excited to share the technically dynamic brand of aggression with fans, the band was ultimately sidelined by the pandemic, forcing the cancellation of tour plans that would have had the band on the road for the majority of the 2020 year.
It looks as though after a long intermission in live music, there is light at the end of the tunnel. Sepultura has announced plans to return to the UK for a brief run of shows with Sacred Reich and Crowbar in what is being billed as the ‘Quadra’ Tour.
The band’s Andreas Kisser exuded, “I’m so thrilled to announce the UK tour for November, it has been a crazy year and I miss the stage so much. We will have the chance to perform the news songs from our last album QUADRA for the first time plus all the best songs of our career. I can’t wait to see you all again from the stage, don’t miss this! Stay safe and well and see you all soon!”
The run of UK dates fall in line with a routing though Europe that will begin for the band in November of 2021 and extend well into December. The full routing for the trio can be found below. Tickets for the band’s UK dates go on-sale Friday March 26th and can be found – HERE
