The latest single lands as the band is prepping for their new release, ‘Remember…You Must Die’ in addition to their highly-anticipated Chaos & Carnage Tour.
We are about one month away from Suicide Silence’s seventh studio album Remember… You Must Die, and the California deathcore innovators have just released the latest preview from the album, “Dying Life.” The savage track comes with a live shot music video that showcases the bands electrifying stage presence. The track itself is one of complete hopelessness and agony.
“Our environment is enveloped in death and constant change, as is the vessel we live in,” the band says. “‘Dying Life’ comes from a place of complete and utter pain before the world around us comes to an inevitable end and we can do nothing but watch and let it happen — there in the dark, under a dying sun.”
The single lands as the band preps a mammoth 2023. In addition to the new album, Suicide Silence will hit the road for the highly-anticipated Chaos & Carnage Tour alongside death metal veterans Dying Fetus. The bill is nothing if not one thing: irresponsibly heavy. With the likes of Born of Osiris, Aborted, Sanguisugabogg, Crown Magnetar and Slay Squad, Chaos & Carnage will be both multi-genre and multigenerational.
“We are stoked to be returning to this year’s Chaos & Carnage,” says singer Eddie Hermida. “We had so much fun last year that we decided to come back again with our brothers in Dying Fetus! This year’s lineup is pure devastation so come party with us.”
